Hi there! This time I dropped by Aloha Table, a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Hawaiian food right here in Japan. I visited their branch in Yokohama Bay Quarter—a great spot that’s easy to access after a day of sightseeing or shopping.
Known for its relaxed vibes and tropical menu, Aloha Table offers a range of affordable dishes perfect for a girls’ night out, a romantic dinner, or a casual family meal. With around 15 locations across Japan, it’s one of the country’s most popular Hawaiian-themed dining chains—and for good reason.
What Makes Aloha Table Special?
Originally based in Waikiki, Aloha Table blends café culture with a bar atmosphere and a casual dining experience. With a concept of “Healthy & Hawaiian,” it brings island-style meals to Japan without compromising on authenticity.

From local classics like Loco Moco and Poke Bowls to menus packed with superfoods popular in Hawaii, you’ll find something for everyone. The drink menu includes vibrant tropical cocktails and mocktails, perfect for enjoying that laid-back resort feeling—even in the heart of Yokohama.

Inside the Restaurant

The interior features calming wooden tones and a natural Hawaiian aesthetic. Come evening, the terrace offers gorgeous night views of the Ferris wheel and K Arena, making it a top spot for dates or special occasions.
Whether you’re out with friends or simply want to unwind, the relaxing atmosphere makes it easy to settle in and enjoy a slower pace.
What’s on the Menu?

Some of the most popular choices are the Premium Loco Moco and Poke Bowl dinner sets, which start from ¥3,300. For those who want more variety, there are set plates for around ¥2,680 that include a main dish, salad, and dessert pancakes—great for sharing or enjoying solo.
Their Acai Bowl and island-inspired cocktails (think pineapple and coconut flavors) are equally popular and give a real taste of Hawaii whether you’re visiting during the day or evening.
What I Ordered: The Kau Kau Set

For this visit, I went with the Kau Kau Set, which included a fresh salad to start and a generous helping of poke as the main. The tuna and avocado chunks were large and satisfying, with just the right amount of sesame oil to bring out their rich flavor.
What I loved most was the added quinoa and other superfoods on top—making it not only delicious but also surprisingly healthy.

As for dessert, the pancakes are made fresh to order. Light and not overly sweet, they’re served with whipped cream and honey—a perfect ending to a hearty Hawaiian meal.
Was There a Wait?
There was no wait at all! I booked ahead online, which turned out to be a smart move. By the time I left, there were already over 10 groups waiting for a table. If you’re planning to go on a weekend or during dinner time, I highly recommend booking in advance through a restaurant booking site.
Final Thoughts
If you’re in Yokohama and fancy a little tropical escape, Aloha Table Bay Quarter is a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy authentic Hawaiian dishes. From the vibrant menu to the sunset views and relaxed island vibe, it ticks all the right boxes.
Whether you’re visiting Japan, planning a date, or catching up with friends, this is one hidden gem worth checking out!
